I’m a semi retired personal chef with years of
experience in preparing meals to suit your
individual preferences and dietary needs. My
background is in nursing so nutrition is a priority
when I cook. I’m available to come to your home
to discuss your culinary wants and needs. Together
we’ll plan the entrees I’ll be preparing for you.
There can be multiple meals for 1 or 2 or more or
dinner parties for up to 8. I'll help you choose the
menu and shop for the groceries. I’ll prepare the
entrees, clean your kitchen and leave you with
directions for heating and serving and storing.
We’ll use your serving dishes if you’re hosting a dinner party; entrees for you to heat and
serve will be packaged appropriately, complete with directions on how to heat and serve.
Typically I spend about 6 to 7 hours preparing entrees or a dinner party. How many
entrees are prepared and the total cost of this service will depend on what your menu
choices are (this will be reflected in the cost of your groceries) and how labor intensive
each item is. We’ll use the staples in your cupboards whenever we can.
I’m available for cooking classes and kitchen basics. Think of me when you’re looking for
that special birthday or anniversary gift or a special themed bridal or baby shower or if
you’re hosting a special meal for your club members.
My fee is $20.00/hour plus the cost of groceries.
