Patti is the most creative cook I've ever known - and I've known her a long time, as Patti and
I are sisters. Patti always reminds me of a scene in the Audrey Hepburn movie, Sabrina. In
it, Sabrina finds just a few ingredients in the bachelor kitchen of Humphrey Bogart, and
turns them into a delicious meal.
Some of my favorite meals include the feast Patti prepared for my 50th birthday - a surprise
party. She created her spin on a New England Clam Bake and incorporated MD crabs as I
live along MD's Lower Eastern Shore. Her version also included sausage, bratwurst and
potatoes, along with all of the classic ingredients. There was something for everyone in the
family that joined us for dinner.
Patti was visiting last fall and I asked her to prepare meals that we could give to family
members and close friends in appreciation for help they had given to us. Patti used
ingredients from our fridge and freezer, creating individually packaged soups, entrees and
side dishes. Each entree included flavorful sauces. Family and friends were overjoyed with
the meals - and can't wait for her to visit again.
My most recent favorite Patti story comes from a sisters get together. Patti didn't know my
plan - I'd bring food and she'd cook meals. Once again she looked the ingredients and
turned each into an inventive, delicious meal.

My family and I have not only had Patti prepare meals and plan parties for us but we have
attended many meals and festive occasions at her home.
Patti hosts the most incredible parties; our all time favorite are the annual Mardi Gras
parties. Every year there is a different theme which begins with a creatively designed
poetic/comical invitation. There are photo ops, age related games and amusements and
costume contests. Awards are given which are relevant to the theme of the party. One year
we attended a "Vintage Hollywood" party and the awards were "Oscars". I've never been to
Hollywood but this was as good as it gets. The decorations are awesome, the food is
delicious and a good time is always had by all. Another year we attended Mardi Gras and
the theme was "Greek and Roman Gods and Goddesses". Another was "Saints and
Sinners" and everyone came dressed as good or evil. My family came dressed as the cast
from the Phantom of the Opera.
There is no end to the creativity Patti has when it comes to hosting a party!
I have also worked in the kitchen with Patti when she helps me prepare for my special
occasions and it is a stress free delight!

Before Patti started her own business, she worked for my family for over 10 years. During
that time she was responsible for cooking family comfort food, healthy nutritious meals for
specific dietary needs, and wowing our friends and family with over the top cullinary delights,
not only does her food taste amazing, the presentation is awesome. No one ever left my
home without giving kudos to the chef! She has prepared foods for events and special
dinner parties , along with giving cooking instruction to many. My grandchildren always ask
me if we have any of Patti's food in the freezer. I can't praise her enough,she is warm,
friendly,organized professional and would be such an asset to your needs whatever they
might be.

brother, sister's and I would always play host & hostesses at holiday parties passing my
mom's mouth watering hors d'oeuvres to all the guests. Holiday parties at our house were
never dull with all the delicious food, creative serving styles, and volumes of friends and
family. Most of the dishes I bring to parties today are ones that I grew up enjoying.
